Caitlyn is a lawyer practicing in our wills and deceased estates and commercial litigation teams. Caitlyn takes pride in providing practical, concise advice, and she is motivated to work hard to achieve a successful, cost effective result for her clients.


Caitlyn has experience in advising executors and beneficiaries about their entitlements and obligations in relation to deceased estates and has acted for clients in a range of matters including contested wills and family provision claims, deeds of family arrangements, superannuation disputes and advising on complex trust structures. Caitlyn also assists clients with creating standard Wills as well as more complex estate planning solutions for clients with complicated financial affairs. In addition, Caitlyn acts for executors to obtain grants of representation and assists clients with administering deceased estates.


Caitlyn also practises in commercial litigation matters across a range of issues, including debt recovery and enforcement, breach of contract claims, building and construction disputes, personal injury, and claims for equitable relief.
