Sahra is an experienced and skilled litigator, negotiator and commercial advisor. She provides strategic, and pragmatic advice to her clients with a view to obtaining the best outcome for them.
Sahra has vast experience in numerous areas of commercial law including complex commercial disputes, all areas of insolvency and restructuring, contract and real property matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, competition and consumer law matters and debt recovery.
Sahra has a complementary practice in family law matters involving intricate asset pools and commercial issues. Sahra’s commercial experience provides a solid grounding for understanding the complex issues which arise within family law matters. She empathises with her family law clients during the highly emotive process, whilst ensuring a strategic and efficient approach is maintained.
In addition, Sahra provides advice in relation to deceased estates, for executors seeking assistance to administer the estate and for beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries in relation to their rights and entitlements.
Sahra obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) degree in 2003 from the University of Adelaide. She is admitted to practice in Victoria, South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
